At Jowlili, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Personal care products (e.g., opened beauty items).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The product must meet the same eligibility requirements mentioned above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
